1. Health Guarantee Refunds:
Every puppy from German Pointer Pups comes with a comprehensive health guarantee. If a licensed veterinarian determines within the specified guarantee period that a puppy has a serious, pre-existing health condition not disclosed at the time of sale, we will work with you to find an appropriate solution. This may include a full refund, partial refund, or replacement puppy. Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required.
2. Return Due to Health Concerns:
If a health issue arises that is covered by our guarantee and you decide not to keep the puppy, you may be eligible to return the puppy for a full refund. We kindly ask that you notify us within the guarantee period and provide veterinarian documentation supporting the claim. Our team will guide you through the return and refund process with compassion and care.
3. Shipping & Handling Costs:
Please note that shipping and handling costs are generally non-refundable unless the reason for the return or refund is due to an error on our part or a health concern covered by our guarantee. For any returns due to covered health issues, we will provide clear instructions and may assist with the costs associated with safe transport.
4. Deposits & Reservation Fees:
To secure your puppy, we require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable except in cases where we cannot fulfill your reservation due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will either refund your deposit or offer a similar puppy based on your preference.
5. Refund Processing Time:
Once a refund has been approved, we aim to process it within 10-14 business days. The refund will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon. We will keep you informed during the processing period.
